In February 2004, work on a NESTA Fellowship began. It has involved international lectures and meetings, and several separate parallel research projects are currently taking shape. It's all enormously stimulating.

This was the third project for NESTA. The first was to prepare, compile, design and produce a manual for schools. It introduced them to the marvels of the digital microscope.  

Following this, in 2003, work began on a proposal for a new book project arising from the schools' manual - an introduction to digital photography.
